STOVETOP DIRECTIONS:
Pour contents of one pouch in 75 ml. (2.5 oz.) of water. Stir with fork until dissolved. Cook at low to medium-low heat, in a non-stick skillet for 2 to 3 minutes or until desired consistency. Make sure you don't cook them at too high of heat.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Pour contents of one pouch in 75 ml. (2.5 oz.) of water. Stir with fork until dissolved. Cook at high power for about 1 minute, stirring 2 to 3 times during cooking, until desired consistency.

They were an easy breakfast to make. I first had them plain, just as is. Not a fan of them that way, but next few times I made them, I added extra spices and veggies which made it much more enjoyable to eat. Not sure I would order them again as not really a favorite.

These are definitely not a fresh made bacon and egg omelet, but they are still good. I like to add green onion to them for a little something extra. They seem small, but they're surprisingly satisfying. I'd add your own seasonings or veggies and make them your own!

The eggs had a weird taste almost like seafood. I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, & onion powder to try and save it but the only thing that helped was hot sauce because it’s so strong. It may have been better if I added real egg or vegetables too it. Not bad once I added the hot sauce though, just wish I didn’t have to to make them tolerable. Won’t be getting again.

I follow Ideal Protein diet and this is a great change from their southwest, much cheaper also. To get it to taste great you need to put the time in and cook it with extra veggies on the stove and not in the microwave. I love making spinach and mushroom omelets with this mix.
