I've tried several of these cereals, and this flavor is pretty good. There is a slight chemical aftertaste but I find it to be a good substitute for regular cereal, and much higher in protein, lower in carbs.

I really like this cereal. I was hesitant because, well soy cereal, how good can it be. I was surprised at the slight sweetness and so very happy with the satisfying crunch! I eat it most mornings as I am not a big breakfast eater. This cereal is easy, quick and tasty.
