This product is my all time favorite of protein powder products. I like to put it in my morning coffee. It is low in calories, high in protein, and has only 2 grams of sugar.

Love the hint of cinnamon, not over powering but wonderful treat.
No after taste, creamy, tasty and not restricted so treat yourself in the morning at work and before bed.
