I just love these wafer bars. I do not taste any after taste or bitterness like other people have been saying. I have been buying these for many months and perfer them over the protein bars. It has helped me with my hunger pains and my weight loss. I will continue to buy!!

I’m on a low carb, low sugar, mostly protein diet and these are a great less expensive option toy program’s bars which are $5 each. They are tasty too (for diet food).

Really good bar, it has a slight taste of coconut in it to me. I received as a sample but I would definitely buy these although in IPA they would be considered restricted bars.
