The best flavor by far that I have tried is the berry. The strawberry is awful. The down side is you have to take 4 a day. I take two chewable sin the morning and two chewables around dinner time.

I has gatric bypass and I have found out that these vitamins work the best for me! I could not take calcium due to the upset stomach with it and this vitamin with the calcium in it does not make my stomach upset at all.
