This is for the Proti Maple-Brown Sugar Flavored Oatmeal. I've tried the package and the jar (love the jar for price) and I have to tell you, this stuff is good. My secret and my secret for most of these packaged high protein products is the Stick Mixer, the kind you use to whip milk into foam. I put 1.5 scoops of this product to 1/4 cup of hot water and it's like velvet. Love the flavor and it's the perfect filler for breakfast. I haven't tried BarWise brand yet but if it's anything like their cheesecake, I have big hopes!

I LOVE this stuff!!! I mix 3 scoops of it with a packet of sugar free maple-brown sugar quaker oats and eat it every morning for my first meal of the day. It is macronutriently correct and tastes great! I love it so much, I spend over $50 a month on it (can't find it cheaper than on this website!) so it's about two tubs a month. I love it so much, I actually bought it for my mother and father as well...I recommend this to everyone trying to get in shape or at least trying to eat healthy! (Updated on 2/15/2011.)

This is really delicious. Three tablespoons mixed with a quarter cup of water creates the same breakfast that you can make with the packets, but it's more economical to buy it this way. One large jar is enough for twenty delicious and satisfying breakfasts. I love it, and at 90 calories, it's a great addition to my diet. I've lost 35 pounds in the last three months on a low carb, high protein diet, and products like this make the difference. Thanks! (Updated on 4/13/2011.)

Great product for the price, calories, and protein. I add Hershey's cocoa or sometimes mix in a different flavored protein HotDrink or protein Pudding mix for an awesome low calorie breakfast meal. :-)

At first the consistency was more powderlike than coarse oatmeal, but that's the protein powder. The taste is wonderful. It satisfies the craving for a carbohydrate like cereal, or an english muffin. I usually have 2 eggs with the oatmeal, ( approx. 28 grams protein) and I am not hungry for hours. I am a diabetic and this will become a staple in my kitchen. Am so glad I read someone's blog about the hcg diet, and that is how I found out about these products. I just wish you carried the other flavors of oatmeal in the large container as well.

Just make sure to add hot water, if the water is not hot the consistency is not so great. More or less water to taste and a bit or 1% or 2% lactose free milk if you like. Very yummy.

I like this so much I bought a canister to leave at work and at home. Although, I think it works best to mix with a tiny bit of cold water to wet all of the oatmeal. Add the rest of the cold water, mix, then microwave until warm.

Simply delicious!! i just follow the instructions, if i want it a little bit thicker, i put less water or i add more oatmeal. You make it as your own taste :D

What i love the must of Instant Oatmeal Maple Brown Sugar, it fills me up, and i am not eating all these greasy/carbohidrates unhealthy meals out there. Since i met Diet Direct, i do not go to eat out, instead, i spend my money more wisely and buy healthy foods at diet direct. Thank you diet direct!!

If you make it right, it's perfect. Add room temperature water to the powder for the thickness you like (experiment!) then one minute in the microwave. Then add a little lactose (milk "sugar") free milk and enjoy. Add cinamon from time to time for variety. When you are past the initial metabolism modifying stage of your diet you can add a few blueberries, strawberry or apple pieces without slowing the effect.

I eat this nearly every weekday morning, adding a scoop of chia seeds, ground flax meal and hemp seeds. Sometimes add fruit too. This gets me through until lunch. If I’m hungry at night ill make a half serving. I use skim milk to make this. For me its all i need to get going and is tasty, high protein and low carb.

If you use a wisk this will take out all the lumps. Also, add very hot water to the oatmeal first, then nuke it for a bit.

Of all the brands of oatmeal I have tried this is the best. I mix it thick and it eats almost like paste. Making it watery does not help it. Very filling.

This is very good oatmeal and will mix if you stir it with some water first for a thick consistency, then add enough water for your desired thinness. I have nuked it after and it is just fine and wonderful with flavor since I cannot eat the other and keep my weight off. I have lost 118 pounds* and this product is one of my favorites for breakfast!

Quick and easy to prepare with decent flavor. The consistency is a bit like wallpaper spackle no matter how much water is used, but once you get past that, you start to look forward to this meal in the morning.

Plain it isn't great, but is good and when you look at the protein in it, well worth it for breakfast. I make mine with lactaid milk and add frozen mixed berries. All good stuff for you. Make it in a 16oz Pyrex measuring cup and eat it while driving to work...the handle on the cup "hangs" nicely on my hand while driving. Bad, I know...but when you have to drive 30miles to work, every way to save time so you can snooze a little longer helps :)

I took another person advise that reviewed this product, wisk it with one of those stick blenders it will take out all the lumps. It is pretty good, not as good as the other brand, but the protein content is better in this product.

First I have to say that this oatmeal is delicious- don't get me wrong. The flavor is not consistent though. I always order Maple Brown Sugar bc its my favorite flavor, so delicious. However, I'd say out of every 3 I order, at least one of them tastes different - like Apple Cinnamon. I contacted the company and they told me I just need to shake it up, that hasn't worked yet. The other thing thats a bummer is how expensive it is! Keeping it in the house costs a fortune! But again, delicious!!!!

When I read all the glowing reviews, I decided to order this product. It is okay, but not something I could eat on a daily basis. The taste is pretty good, but the texture is very pasty and gooey. I tried mixing it several different ways and could not find a way to get past this texture. It is more palatable if mixed with a packet of regular instant oatmeal, but then what is the point...except to get some extra protein with your oatmeal.
