Love These

I add about 6 oz. of water and mix with a fork until all of the lumps are gone, then I cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Stir the pudding again just before eating. I have tried the chocolate, vanilla and cheesecake and love them all. Letting it sit in the frig for a couple of hours makes it nice and creamy.

Horrible

I bought this instead of Wonderslim and it tastes terrible. Has an aftertaste. While I will muddle my way through the 20 packages I've got left, I won't buy again.

This has been a hit with my patients. They have the option of the pudding or a shake so that allows then to buy a box and utilize it two different ways. It has a good texture either way . No chalky taste or aftertaste.

This pudding is pretty good, little better as a shake, but does not approach the same flavor as the Wonderslim. The Quality is fair to good, I still going to buy the Wonderslim from now on in the future, purchased Bariwise due to the recent sale on their products.

best protein shake ever

I got a sample a long time ago and just tried it recently, it was so good i bought a box. This shake is the best of all the single serve protein shakes i have tried. I take a one cup measure and add a little ice then fill the rest with water. Blend in my magic bullet and it tastes and has the consistency of a wendy's frosty, of course doesn't taste exactly like a frosty but close. I make these as a treat and it keeps me on tract, I've lost 17 lbs so far and adding these shakes is a great help!

Chocolate Diet Pudding - Shake Mix

This chocolate drink has a strange taste to it. I add some of my chocolate protein powder in it and the taste is much improved. Probably will not order this particular chocolate drink again. Will just use what I have and keep adding the protein powder. Imagine the peanut butter protein powder would be good in it also, but have not tried that as yet.

I may mix in a some plain fat free yogurt, a tablespoon to a generous amount of water and the mix, maybe add some cinnamon or raspberry extract....very cold, very good.

Taste not what I hoped for

I've had the French vanilla and loved them so I thought i'd give the swiss chocolate a try. I didn't care for them at all. I will reorder but will stick with the Vanilla in the future

I've only tried this as a pudding not the shake. so maybe the shake is better. Doesn't mix as well as a pudding.
