I love this. but I use it as a protein shake instead of pudding. I add 1 TLB of real brewers yeast to it. I covers over the nasty taste of the yeast and I can get mega "B" vitamins this way first thing in the morning.

I mix the dry powder with a cup of diet ice tea and it is AWESOME! I know it may not sound appetizing but it is quite tasty. It is also delicious on its own as a pudding.
