This product is useful on a day that you are in a hurry and need quick protein. However, I have never smelled anything worse. I have to hold my nose to drink this. The taste isn't great but you get used to it. I will continue to buy for occasional use.

I've tried everything from drinking it straight to mixing with very flavorful fruit juice. This awful flavor can not be masked. It's the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted.
