AMAZING

I bought these and have tried different variations of additions to these pancakes. My favorite is truvia, benefiber,PB2 and cinnamon. They turn out phenomenal. If I have blueberries or raspberries, they add additional flavor to them. Please give these a try. They are like a real pancake. I add the Josephs pancake syrup and spray butter. I look forward to these every day!!
A different breakfast

While I am cooking these pancakes I mix up 1/2C greek yogurt with fruit and a little splenda. I put that mixture on top and have something different for breakfast than just eggs. Sometimes I use 1/4C almond milk instead of water to mix in my pancake mix. Delicious!
desperate for these

Although they may be plain tasting to some, i add a 1/4 tsp of flavoring (almond, lemon or vanilla extract) and serve with berries mixed with a package of splenda. Great for me while I make french toast for hubby.
