Cooks up fluffy. I make several packages at once to save time later and they hold up beautifully. Pop in toaster and they are ready to go! Satisfies that desire for bread too. Want to play around for more savory flavor.

I love these pancakes, very tasty with a little syrup. But I am very disappointed in Wonderslim as a whole and will not continue on this very limited program.

Love that these are low calorie and high protein. Just add some ground cinnamon fresh blueberries and they are delicious

I just don't know what to say about these pancakes. I usually have a forgiving palette for diet foods, but I couldn't stomach these. If you don't eat the pancake the second it's cooked, a an unbreakable shiny veneer forms the surface and it becomes nearly inedible. To be fair, this seems to be how all diet like pancakes seem to be, because I tried another brand's pancakes from Target and it did the same.

These pancakes are delicious! I am a diabetic and they give me the right balance of carbs and protein. They are easy to fix and are very filling. I never let myself run out of them because I eat them several days a week.

These are fluffy as advertised, however I found them to be a bit bland. They are filling tho, so I will continue to make them on weekends. I had them with sugar free syrup.

Pleasantly surprised with these this morning for breakfast. One packet made three, flavor was decent and texture was good. Was a great breakfast combined with a shake and I didn’t feel deprived.
