- B-Complex - In addition to vitamin B-12, the other b-complex vitamins are critical for your health following surgery. What I expected

I just had R & Y bypass surgery last Wednesday and these vitamins are working out well for me. I take 2 a day and I much prefer taking a chewable vitamin than having to crush my usual vitamin pills and mix with PowerAde (I crush some of my other medicines and take them with PowerAde and the taste is just too gross for words!) While these pills are enormous (3/4" in diameter and a little over 1/4" high), they are chewable and the flavor is pleasant.

This is the best tasting chewable for gastric bypass. It has a great taste..orange and pineapple strawberry...it doesn't taste chalky. You need to take 2 a day but it is like having a little treat each day.

I just got these in the mail. I ordered them as a less expensive alternative to my chewable multivitamin. There is no way I'm going to get used to this taste. It isn't great to begin with but the aftertaste is just horrid! I had to go rinse my mouth out. I will stick with my regular expensive multivitamin.
