This is great!by JGibson on 6/8/2011I loved this omelet. Add onions and bell peppers inside and on top with a little bit of cheese and some garlic/pepper seasoning. It's just perfect! Saute the onions and bell peppers first and fix the omelet in the same pan, which gives it more flavor. It's very delicious and filling and will keep you going until lunch, or maybe even dinner. The onions and bell peppers have very few calories and no fat, so doesn't add a lot of extra calories to the already low 100 calories in the omelet.
Great taste and qualityby Janelly on 5/3/2013This product is of great quality and taste. I have tried 2 other brands and don't like them.
Great Product!by Karen on 10/28/2015Add the water and a little skim milk (to make it fluffy) and fry it in a Teflon pan sprayed with Pam. It is great!
pretty goodby cjc on 6/22/2011I made this more like scrambled eggs than an omelet and thought it was pretty good. Great to have something different for breakfast
Not Bad at all!!by Kimmie on 8/1/2011They actually tasted alot better than I thought they would!! I filled my omelet with a homemade Salsa and mushrooms, then drizzled some hot sauce on it....gotta say I felt pretty surprised that it tasted pretty good.
Actually Pretty Good...by CAvant on 2/8/2012I've tried this according to package directions, and it's okay, not great, but okay. However, being an older female, I add just a little fat to my diet, so I mix the product according to directions and put about a teaspoon of olive oil in the pan, and add chopped green peppers and onions. This adds a few extra calories, but the taste is much better!
A Little Different Way to Cook It Upby bsj on 7/25/2013I didn't think this omelet was bad after adding some spices to it and mixing with water. Another way I have fixed it is adding cinnamon and maybe a little stevia into the mix with 1/3 C. of water. Cook it until it is a little crispy, add some sugar-free syrup, and it tastes a little bit like French Toast!! :)
It's OK, not bad, not greatby Angela on 5/16/2011This product disappointed me, because it wasn't as great of a taste as I was expecting. I did like the flavor and I love how much protein you get for only 100 calories, but I'll only eat it every now and then.
not the bestby CNC Sid on 2/29/2012It tastes a lot better when I add an egg and some vegetables to it.
not badby mark on 3/21/2013well here's a tip, mix it with water , and southwestern eggbeaters, if you're real hungry add broccoli
Bacon and cheese omeletby rmock on 1/9/2010This egg omelet mix has a terrible taste.
Would not recommend
Got a way to make this Goodby BillPennock on 2/3/2010I can't really recommend this especially since you can do Egg Beaters for about the same nutritional value but.....I have mixed this up and the blueberry pancake mix (also not that great) and then poured both in the frying pan together and cooked them. Believe it or not the sum of the parts is WAY better than each individually. Yes it sounds weird but it sure works for me.
Not as goodby Lanne on 6/20/2011I was disappointed with this omelet. It was rubbery and really pretty tasteless if you ask me. Try WonderSlim Vegetable Cheese Omelet they are super tasty and have a better texture.
BariWise Bacon Cheese Omelet Mixby Newark on 2/1/2010Tastes like chalk. I did not like it. I would not recommend this product.
DID NOT LIKEby SUZI on 2/3/2010Did not care for this at all, prefer the WS vegetable cheese omelet.
HORRIBLEby charlie on 2/7/2010Sorry--no other way to say it--this product is the worst thing I have ever tried in the world of diet foods. So dry and powdery, unable to swallow and I tried! Medifast scrambled eggs are world's better, will go back to that. Every other product from Diet direct has been great, not this one! Money back guarantee is useless since you have to pay to ship it back!
Not that tasty!by JBreaux on 10/10/2010The eggs have such a strong protein taste, that I can't stomach it!
cannot recommend this productby lz on 11/20/2011I have had a lot of success with several products from diet direct. I've lost weight and actually enjoy the drinks, bars, soups, veggie Joe, etc however I cannot recommend this product. I tried it twice and it is really hard to get down. Rubbery consistency and just doesn't taste good...
Not goodby Alba on 4/25/2013Taste weird and get too gummy. I tried to cook it in the stove and microwave but taste bad. The good thing is that if you don't like it you can exchange it for something you like. That's what I did.
Yuckyby Tracy on 3/25/2014The omelet is stiff and has the consistency of cardboard. Since I don't like to waste food, I gave the omelet to my dog. My dog gives the omelet 5 paws up!
i'd rather go hungry than eat this stuffby Bridgid on 6/22/2014I used up 2 of the omelets so now I'm stuck with the whole box. I tried the microwave method and the texture turned me off. Then I mixed the omelet and the water in my "nutribullet"-kinda like a high speed blender type deal. I cooked the mixture in small frying pan with cooking spray. I put some salsa on top of it and was able to "get it down". But I don't want to eat something I have to just "get down". If something tastes so bad to me that I'd rather not eat-then there's a problem. Cause I'm a person who loves to eat That's why I'm on this plan in the first place! Will not order this again. Now just have to figure out what to do with this five packs I have left.
Not Goodby Victoria on 3/17/2015I can not recommend this product. I could not get past the taste even when I put salsa on them.
YECH!!!by Kim on 3/2/2017Terrible product......bland and tasteless with watery consistency that makes it hard to cook up evenly even with peppers, green onions and mushrooms added to the mix.
