These are small, easy to swallow & no aftertaste. I love that these vitamins are not HUGE (gag reflex) like some of the nutritional supplements that we POST OP patients need. Nor are they the YUCKY chewables (Flintstones) that some surgeons recommend. These are not nearly as expensive as some of the vitamins that I have taken in the past. I hope they continue to provide this wonderful product. I am a customer for life! Thanks :-)

love, love, love this multivitamin. It is so small and easy to digest. The chewables were great in the beginning but after a few months they started to taste chalky which made it hard to take. This pill is perfect and the price is right. (Updated on 6/5/2012.)

I have tried many bariatric vitamins, most of which were liquid and after about a week I would gag and could not get them down. These vitamins are the best vitamins in capsule form I have ever used. I have told a couple of people about them and they love them also. My doc was very pleased with my last blood work-up too.
