I love these drinks! I add extra water and put them in my water bottle with ice to take around town with me when I am out. They are refreshing and a great way to get some protein in without noticing it!

I bought these for easy protein while gardening in warmer weather. My jury is still out because of nausea with each drink, but I am nausea prone more so than most. For now I am mixing with another flavor and trying to hang with it. Wish I could find a good fruity or lemonade protein drink without stomach woes.

Good, but not perfect

The raspberry lemonade tastes more like melon, so much so that I checked the box to see if they'd sent me the wrong flavor. Not bad, but not what I was explecting. It also takes a long time to dissolve, even in a blender bottle. I finally gave up and put it in the fridge. When I came back several hours later, it had finally dissolved completely. I'll try the other flavors since it is a nice alternative to shakes, and a good way to get any missing protein in for the day.

was very good a change from the regulars chocolate etc shakes used it in the morning because it had only 15 gram of protein where I needed 20 per meal so the I used the the regular shakes 20 grams above the rest of the day and it actually equaled out to be 61 grams total for the whole day I am only only on week three of the sleeve
