As with all liquid supplements I use, I boost flavor and increase volume with a low calorie extender. This increases my fluid intake throughout the day. Mix this flavor with diet cran-grape juice and water 1:1 and then add ice. The flavor stays true as the ice melts. Love it!

Cran-Grape is my favorite flavor. Not a fan of plain grape, but love this mix. Shake with crushed ice and sparkling water.. GREAT! Also good mixed with tthe diet cran juices for extra zippy flavor.

Sorry, I found this to be noxious. I do like the peach mango flavor and am trying others now, but this tasted like a chemical that resembles neither cranberry or grape.

This by far is my favorite protein drink. The hospital that I was in used BariWise fruit protein drinks for the bariatric patients. I have tried (and wasted way to much money) many, but have found BariWise the best. Wished they were on sale more frequently Not only that, the customer service from Diet Direct is outstanding! :-) I know it is each to your own on tastes, but if you have not tried do so! Cran-grape is my favorite then the mixed berry. To bad they don't have different mixed flavor samples :-(.

I have now tried both the Wonderslim cran-grape drink and the one made by Bariwise. I have to say I like the Wonderslim brand better. This Bariwise brand has that protein taste that we all like to avoid. The Wonderslim brand has less of that taste. I have found I like to add about 12oz of water to either brand as both are very strong with only 8 or 10 oz of water. I also add ice.

The fruit drinks are tasty and refreshing. They are great on a hot summer day when you don't want to eat. I usually mix a cold drink in a 32 oz bottle with crystal lite and have a nice big cold drink. I love all the flavors.
