I have to say as I'm eating this it makes a dynamite tuna casserole. I use a little less water than the package says (about 6 oz.) Add a little garlic powder and black pepper. Bake in the oven or nuke until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened then add some seasoned bread crumbs that have been sprayed with a little NS spray to the top (optional but good) and bake until the crumbs are lightly browned. You can also add a little creamed corn but as it has a lot of starch and sugar I will leave it up to you. The tuna boosts the protein load and it is a very filling meal. (Don't forget the tobasco!) Really and truly, I can't recommend this dish highly enough...at least if you're like me and have been known (in your less healthy days) to devour a box of cheesy Pastaroni or Lipton noodles and sauce. That's exactly what this dish tastes like. Only with higher protein and a portion controlled serving, now you can afford to reintroduce this favorite into your meal rotation. Well worth the extra calories and the slightly higher cost, this is a delicious dish that I am really looking forward to having on occasion. Cheesy, thick and tasty, this dish is flavorful without being overly salty (like it's less healthy counterparts). It's simply fabulous! Yum!

I was so impressed with the creamy flavor in this dish. I was not expecting it to taste this good!!! I put it in the microwave for about 6 minutes on high and it was the PERFECT consistency with the creamy sauce. Great flavor...I will be ordering this again and again!!!

I really like this. I do add some parmesan cheese on top but this is good and if cooked for the right amount of time it is not runny. But you do have to cook for the right amount of time. If running keep cooking.

Absolutely wonderful, but why can't they put 7 servings in a box instead of only 3. Makes it much more expensive. I love the flavor. Wish we had more non-sweet choices in the program as I am already sick of so much sweet stuff and I'm a lover of sweets!

This is a very nice product. It is a favorite for me. The noodles cook up nicely in the microwave. So easy. I have also added chicken pieces or albacore tuna to it when I want extra protein. I will order more soon. Yes, I think it is very expensive, so I hope you find a way to reduce the price.

I just tried this for the first time tonight. I probably would not order it again since there are only 3 servings in the box. I thought it was very good and almost too big of a portion for me. I would order it again for sure if it would come in smaller portions and 6 or 7 servings to a box.

I love this stuff. If you want a really full and satisfying meal, add either a package of pre-cooked grilled chicken breasts or a small can of sliced mushrooms. A little salt and pepper to taste, and I promise you will not be disappointed. Very good.

I really really like the alfredo pasta! It has great taste & texture, doesn't taste like diet! It's not a rich as Olive Garden's of course, but really good! I add a bit of pepper & that's it! I have added spinach too, which was also good, but it doesn't need anything to be worth eating! I would want this if I WASN'T dieting!

Huge portion, creamy taste, I felt like I was out to eat! I mixed in 3oz grilled (frozen) chicken and boosted to protein to 35g and calories to only 330 calories!! Fast, easy and delish!

Took a couple of tries to microwave this product with out creating a spill over mess (use less power, watch, stop, stir, continue) but once I got it right it was GREAT. Only problem is hubby does no like the smell. I think it smells and tastes great. It is now my fav entree. Have it along with a small salad or steamed veggies for a filling meal.

This had good texture and really great flavor. I added some cajun seasoning to amp up the flavor. Just beware that it's around 220 calories so it's a little higher in calories than the other entrees or meal replacement. But I really love it, so I occasionally treat myself to it.

I just now had my lunch, and I thought it was so darn good I had to leave a review. As far as diet foods from a pouch go, this one is awesome. I like most of the WonderSlim line, and usually opt for my staple, the spicy cheese and pasta, but I thought I would mix it up a bit and get this. The noodles are good, the sauce is good (you do have to let it thicken just a tad before eating), and it makes a pretty darn big bowl of YUM.

I was so disappointed when I ran out of packets of this! This is really tasty by itself or I've made it a few times with some veggies/chunks of chicken or tuna tossed in. It does have a bit of a weird smell to it when microwaving it, but it tastes good, so no complaints here.

I too am just eating this for lunch for the first time, and it is too good to not leave a review! I ate it just as it came, not adding anything, and it was super tasty! Not bland at all. I would definitely recommend this product! But don't buy it all, leave some for me! I'll definitely be reordering!! ;-)

The hardest part of eating a healthier diet for me was cutting out the pasta. This product completely satisfies my need for a pasta meal. Keep in mind, the portion is small, but the flavor is delicious! Add a bit of chicken and maybe a little broccoli and bam! Can't imagine eating healthy allows this kind of treat, but it's do-able.

This satisfies my craving for carbs without wrecking the diet. I use less water than suggested and cook it on the stove. The microwave method just doesn't cut it for me (flavor-wise). I like to add just a few frozen peas or broccoli florets to 'color' it up or sometimes a bit of tuna or cooked chicken if I want even more protein and for it to be more filling. Adding a very small sprinkle of parmesan helps as well. Chives, parsley, or diced green onions also help. It is a little runny if you stick to the amount of water it suggests, but otherwise this dish is definitely a keeper and adds variety to the diet.

This is good for a pasta fix. Good with a chicken breast or tuna for added protein. I can't eat a whole serving though so I save half for a lite lunch the next day. It is also good with some veggies mixed in for a vegetable pasta dish. Very filling.

Not bad with some Tuna and Green beans and a little onion, but plain its not so good in my opinion for the amount of calories and carbs. I had to doctor it up which upped the calories so I would rather make my own with a high fiber pasta and meat for protein or get a light frozen meal.

This was really disappointing. I like other WonderSlim pastas (Spicy Cheese n Pasta is the best!) but this was not good. Called "creamy alfredo" but in reality it is watery and bland. On the other hand, the BariWise alfredo is really good. Go with it instead!!

These would be good to buy if you got more for the buck. Three packets just isn't much when you pay $9.99 for them. That's way too expensive. The taste was good, though.

This product feels like I am completely cheating, it is so good. I use a little less water than the directions state. It cooks up fast in the microwave and is very satisfying. Yum!

I just now had my lunch, and I thought it was so darn good I had to leave a review. As far as diet foods from a pouch go, this one is awesome. I like most of the WonderSlim line, and usually opt for my staple, the spicy cheese and pasta, but I thought I would mix it up a bit and get this. The noodles are good, the sauce is good (you do have to let it thicken just a tad before eating), and it makes a pretty darn big bowl of YUM.

I was so disappointed when I ran out of packets of this! This is really tasty by itself or I've made it a few times with some veggies/chunks of chicken or tuna tossed in. It does have a bit of a weird smell to it when microwaving it, but it tastes good, so no complaints here.

I too am just eating this for lunch for the first time, and it is too good to not leave a review! I ate it just as it came, not adding anything, and it was super tasty! Not bland at all. I would definitely recommend this product! But don't buy it all, leave some for me! I'll definitely be reordering!! ;-)

This pasta is so easy to make and is so tasty. It soothes my craving for pasta. I do not have a microwave, so fix it on the stove top. I just add a salad and maybe a steamed vegetable for a full meal. Thank you!

The hardest part of eating a healthier diet for me was cutting out the pasta. This product completely satisfies my need for a pasta meal. Keep in mind, the portion is small, but the flavor is delicious! Add a bit of chicken and maybe a little broccoli and bam! Can't imagine eating healthy allows this kind of treat, but it's do-able.

This satisfies my craving for carbs without wrecking the diet. I use less water than suggested and cook it on the stove. The microwave method just doesn't cut it for me (flavor-wise). I like to add just a few frozen peas or broccoli florets to 'color' it up or sometimes a bit of tuna or cooked chicken if I want even more protein and for it to be more filling. Adding a very small sprinkle of parmesan helps as well. Chives, parsley, or diced green onions also help. It is a little runny if you stick to the amount of water it suggests, but otherwise this dish is definitely a keeper and adds variety to the diet.

This has very good flavor and great texture. I am huge in textures this is not gritty or grainy. I add a little garlic powder because I love garlic. For those craving pasta this is a must!

This is good for a pasta fix. Good with a chicken breast or tuna for added protein. I can't eat a whole serving though so I save half for a lite lunch the next day. It is also good with some veggies mixed in for a vegetable pasta dish. Very filling.

I am a pasta lover, and this doesn't compare. The cheesy pasta is great, but the Alfredo Chicken, not so much, not creamy...just chalky...not a real good flavor to it..

Not bad with some Tuna and Green beans and a little onion, but plain its not so good in my opinion for the amount of calories and carbs. I had to doctor it up which upped the calories so I would rather make my own with a high fiber pasta and meat for protein or get a light frozen meal.

This was really disappointing. I like other WonderSlim pastas (Spicy Cheese n Pasta is the best!) but this was not good. Called "creamy alfredo" but in reality it is watery and bland. On the other hand, the BariWise alfredo is really good. Go with it instead!!
