These are great for a quick and easy breakfast. Sometimes I eat them for dinner. They cook up quickly and are easy to prepare. They are low in calories and high in protein. I use some sugar free syrup and I am good to go.

Good breakfast alternative when on a high protein diet. I use Walden Farms Maple Syrup (zero calorie) which soaks into the pancakes and gives them a bit more moisture. Pleasant way to start the morning!
