Four of these a day take care of all of my bariatric surgery vitamin needs. I love these. I can tell a definite difference if I run out and have to take something else. Prices for the different flavors change from month to month, so it's best to look around for the various flavors and see which one may be on sale before purchase.

The strawberry is awful. The down side is you have to take 4 a day. I take two chewable sin the morning and two chewable"

The flavor definitely remind you this is not candy, but it's manageable considering you need 4 per day. I love it though because it has all of the supplements you need. Other patients ethics find WLS using other products complain they have to take handfuls of pills daily and still become malnourished. These are a lifesaver and timesaver.

The taste is great for someone here who doesn't care for chalky like pills. I feel good throughout the day after taking these vitamins. There are a lot of benefits in this bottle. I have found what would work for me.

I did not really enjoy the flavor too much, but it was tolerable compared to other bariatric vitamins... I also really liked that I only had to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and it covers all my vitamin requirements! Awesome! Thanks!
