I brought this product from another vendor. Not sure if it was the product or the simple fact I drink a lot of water, but I think I redefine the term "waterfall". There are a lot of bathroom visits with this product. I didn't experience cramps, but I flushed a lot of "water"(more than usually) I usually intake at least 80oz of water everyday. With a low carb and high protein diet plan, I fleshed exceeded water weight (about 30lbs in two months). This product does help me change my diet without the risk of passing out from low blood sugar, but it is not a weight loss product. DRINK LOTS OF WATER and no soft drinks. Do not take at work.

Tried this, the first two days, ended up with stomach cramping, frequent bathroom visits, might be okay for every other day use just not daily. Maybe it's an allergy? (Updated on 1/31/2012.)
