I have used this product for quite a while. I like that it tastes good. I use it for a high protein / low carb diet that works for me. I blend it with 1/2 low fat cottage cheese to make a delicious, high protein dessert. I also use it to flavor my 32 oz water I drink every morning. It helps a lot because I am not a fan of drinking plain water unless I am working out hard. I will keep buying this because it works for me and tastes great.

I love this fiber drink. I have it when I get to work. Just put 8 oz of cold water in a glass and add the powder, stir with a spoon (fast and squish back side of spoon on any clumps and they dissolve easily).

I mix half a pack with a club soda and it tastes AMAZING!!! Perfect soda side with your meal. Many reviews I read didn't like the taste and I agree, on its own with water it tastes weird but try mixing it with a soda! YUMMMM!!!!

This is a very tasty product and a delicious way to add fiber. I mix it with 32 oz of cold water and it still has a nice taste.

This is THE most tasty fiber drink I have tried. I do usually mix it with an additional protein drink mix so that I have a full 16 ounces of something to drink. It does help to keep this busy teacher "regular"! : )
