I love the vanilla meal replacement that I use for lunch or dinner sometimes. I mix in frozen peach slices or strawberries. A delicious meal!!

This drink is toooo thick and it feels like you are swallowing a liquid version of a protein pill... It was terrible. I rather drink the wonder slim on the go cream drinks meal replacement.

This was my first time trying this shake and I LOVED THEM!! I made mine with vanilla Almond milk and threw in a spoonful of all natural peanut butter and it was ALL THAT AND THEN SOME!! I even added a scoop of my Green Grass chocolate mix for added vitamins and fiber and didn't know it was in there. I think I will order more, I currently use them to replace one meal, but because they taste sooo good, I could do two if in a crunch.

I got this as a sample and would highly recommend it. Put it in the blender with nonfat milk, it got thick and tastes GREAT! With 2 cups of milk you have 16g of protein plus the drink has 35g = 51 grams of protein! Calories 230 + 180 from nonfat milk = 410 calories. It is very filling.

When I first tried this I was not impressed with the taste or texture. It's to thick and the flavor is bland. So I played around with adding some NECTAR TWISTED CHERRY till I had the taste I wanted and then ate it like a pudding. Not bad with some doctoring up.

I bought this meal replacement last week and I'm very pleased with it. It's very filling, in fact I can hardly finish a serving. Ths is a perfect choice for a low calorie diet because you can actually have one serving for both breakfast and lunch. I will definitely buy more.
