We are MRC clients and tried this because it is the closest that we have found to MRC's protein without adding sugar, carbs & calories. The flavor does not compare to MRC's and isn't good at all mixed in water; however, for the difference in price we are using it and just taking it straight without mixing. We do like that is comes in a bottle and we don't have to open individual packets for each serving. It serves the purpose and it's a better value, so we will probably continue to use it.
