Great tasting, low calorie, sugars and carbs. Very filling. I use a shaker for mixing then heat it in the microwave. I like it in the morning instead of coffee...but also a good late night snack.

I mix with my morning coffee to add the sweet I like. It's like a MOCHA. It's Great because i get protein out of my Coffee....

I love this hot cocoa. Even though it is low calorie, high protein drink, it is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes chocolate!

I love these warm cocoa drinks in the evening. I sometimes treat myself with a little dolop of marshmallow cream for pure bliss! I don't drink coffee, so I was a little concerned about the flavor on their own, but I have been pleasantly surprised. A+

Don't know what planet the nay sayers are on but this stuff rules. 1 cup of hot water, the package and stirred with a hand held stick frother turns this cup into milk-freakin'-chocolate with a hint of marshmallows!
OMG, I'm here today to buy the TUB of it. Not only Delicious, this is one of the few products I drink in the evenings that completely fills me up and takes my hunger away. IF there were a magic elixir for satisfying diet food, This would take the PRIZE. Ignore the naysayers If I were Proti company, I'd be putting this on a hidden camera taste test. My friends still don't know they are drinking my diet secret!!

I would not recommend this to anyone of my friends. It had a very bland taste did not treat my tastebuds to kindly. I would like to change this for a product I like. Thanks (Updated on 1/9/2009.)

Does not mix good even with a fork. Power sticks on the bottom of the cup no matter how long I mix. Has a funky taste. I have tired other high protein hot chocolate's which taste much better then this one. Would not recommend.
