OK, I admit I'm a chocoholic. This is my mid-morning/mid-afternoon snack of choice. I like the crunchiness and the flavor. It's filling and tides me over until lunch and/or dinner. It's also a good substitute for something to eat when I'm on the go. I grab a bar and head out the door and I'm not tempted to stop somewhere along the way.

I stuck one of these in my purse as I was headed out the door for a busy day of errands. Right before I arrived at one of my destinations I realized I was very hungry. I was so tempted to hit a fast food (fat food) place, but decided to eat my bar instead. Bells went off! I could not believe the decadence of this diet bar. I had satisfied my appetite, and sweet tooth, and got through the rest of my day without one cheat!

I was just shocked at how these bars tasted...this does not taste like a nutrition bar or diet bar at all! No aftertaste. They are not overpowering or too rich or overly sweet. No vitimin taste. These are wonderful!! My favorites in order are PBJ, Lemon, Cin Raisin, choc peanut dream, peanut butter, double chocolate. None of these bars are undesirable. I will continue to order every flavor. Good nutrition. I even give these to my kids for a quick breakfast.

I've only had the Lemon Meringue bars but I must admit that they are the best things that I've ever had in a protein bar. I am definitely addicted. The only problem I have is that I can't order them as a part of my weight loss kit! Try it once and you'll be hooked!

The lemon and the peanut butter and jelly are a great change from chocolate. I also like the lemon because it isn't overly sweet like some bars. Also, the crunch gives you something to chew on instead of the soft candy bar texture of many of the other bars. The other flavors are good, too, but these two are great!

I was glad to see a "variety" box was available, so I tried that to see which flavors I liked the best. Well... I like them all! I just don't know what else to say... there are all very tasty, no weird after taste. I have received two of these as samples, the Chocolate Peanut Dream, which was really good, and then the Peanut butter & Jelly which was super yummy. You first taste the peanut butter and then you get that little taste of the jelly in there, yummy. The calories are a bit higher than the Wonderslim snack bars (which have more of the Protein bar taste in my opionion), but I like these better. I only could wish for more fiber in all the bars.

The peanut butter and jelly tastes like I am really eating a PB+J sandwich...unbelievable. Best protein bar so far, especially for 15 grams of protein. Lemon Meringue is also really good, just like pie!! I will definitely be buying these again.

The Cinnamon Raisin are as good as some have already said. That is why I bought them, but I got the Variety pack just in case.
I wanted to try them all.
The Cinnamon is the best for me, I NEED something in the morning, I don't like to make breakfast.
I also liked the Lemon, and the PB&J was a nice surprise, I like PButter, but wasn't sure that I would like the bar. These, all of the peanut butter ones, are very good with no protein taste.
To be honest, I don't remember the chocolate ones, I don't like chocolate in the morning, and I am only a chocolate lover during certain times of the month (has there been a study?) but I think it must have been ok if I don't remember hating it!

Wow folks.... these ARE good. The reviewers are right. I am pretty picky about protein bars and I have tried A LOT and I don't like most of them. But these really are yummy and taste like peanut butter and jelly. And to be honest with you, I always wonder if these reviews of diet foods are for real - but these are !! My experience with diet anything is yuck (but I'll eat it because I am hungry). I can't wait to try everything else I bought from Diet Direct.

I tried these based upon their good reviews and I have liked the ones I have tried a lot.
You can get all sorts of chocolate protein bars so I was pleased to see that the lemon meringue bar got good reviews so I tried that one. Highly recommend it. I also got the PB&J and like it a lot too.
I appreciated that these bars are available in a variety pack and ordered that too. I haven't tried any of those but I am confident that they will be good too.

I buy these to get the variety pack so I can have something different every day. They are all delicious! Since they are the crispy variety, they can be a tiny bit dry so I put them in the microwave for about 5 seconds which makes them softer and sooo good! From the variety pack my favorites are probably PB&J and Lemon Meringue! They are outstanding!

My son recommended these to me. I love them. I don't eat sweets and I find most snack or meal bars are too sweet. I prefer the peanut butter and jelly and chocolate peanut. There is no aftertaste or sugar substitute taste. The 15 gm of protein is a big help also as I don't eat meat.

The peanut butter and jelly crispy protein bar is one of the best bars I have ever put in my mouth.....it's almost sinful it's so good....and the fact that it's healthy is just icing on the cake. A few more calories than other bars, a very few at that....but oh, so worth it.

I would definitely recommend the Cinnamon Raisin Bar. Unfortunately I'm traveling, and I only brought one bar along for a sample. I broke it in pieces so it lasted 4 days. I am allergic to chocolate (gives me migraines)...so that eliminates most protein bars from my diet. This Crispy Bar is WONDERFUL...the crispy part eliminates the "tastes like cardboard" issue and the 160 calories for 15g of protein absolutely maximizes the nutritional benefits for the calories spent. I've tried so many, many bars over the years, but this one is so exceptional...and no sicky sweet aftertaste. I will order again, and again. I have tried about every meal replacement bar Diet Direct has to offer and these bars are not only packed with protein, but they are clearly the best tasting as well. I especially like and highly recommend you try the Cinnamon Raisin and I often purchase 6 to 8 boxes of that flavor at a time. The peanut butter is also very good. So Diet Direct hooks me yet again. Two orders ago, my free sample was a crispy protein bar in lemon meringue and I loved it, so I ordered one box of the Lemon and one box of the Chocolate Peanut Dream. They are both excellent! This is the very first item I tried from this site. I got the Cinnamon Raisin as the free sample. WOW. Yes, it is very good. Very sweet, and even though the texture is crunchy (like a chewy granola bar), it still tastes like a cinnamon roll to me -- and not the cheap processed, preserved, and prepackaged ones at the grocery store, but the kind you would get from a bakery with loads of cinnamon and icing. Not a lot of raisins, at least not in my sample bar, so if you hate raisins, I think it is still safe to try it at least. Really good with coffee. I am definitely going to order more of these. I think they will end up being a permanent staple, even after I reach my goal weight. THAT good.

I haven't had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for years. But as I was filling my shopping cart I suddenly had a craving for it. Since I'm on a low carb diet, I thought I would give these a try (the alternative being licking a spoonful of peanut butter and sf jelly.) Just tried one of these today. Oh my goodness these are good! Might need a little more jelly, but this is my new pb&j sandwich! Please don't get rid of these!!

This has become one of my favorite protein bars. I'm a PB lover and I really like the sweetness of the jelly. I use the bar as an afternoon treat when hungry between meals. It has been my go to for busy mornings as well. Makes a great snack or meal replacement anytime of day. My sweet tooth rejoices! I keep me house stocked up with these.

I have been buying these bars for the past year and a half. All are good, but my absolute favorite is the PB & J bars. They used to be OUTSTANDING! Since they changed the recipe recently, I still like them but they just aren't quite as good as they were before the change, thus I will only rate them a 4 as opposed to the 5+ they used to be. I wish they'd go back to the previous recipe and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will!!! I have friends who agree with this assessment!

I have a mixed review. The Lemon Meringue SUCKS - it tastes like Pledge AND it falls apart/crumbles the second you open it. On the other hand, the Peanut Butter & Jelly IS AWESOME!!! It is SOOOOOO good. I also like the Chocolate Peanut Dream. 12 grams of sugar is pretty high for a Bariatric patient, but as long as you are exercising, and otherwise eating low sugar, low fat items, then you should be ok. Every body is different, so everyone won't be able to tolerate this much sugar, but I seem to be able to.

I recently wrote a review complaining that the lemon meringue bars were not like they used to be. That the last several times I had ordered them they tasted like cardboard and had less flavor. This last though was a surprise. the old flavor was back and most of the texture too. If they continue in this form I would most definitely recommend them. I just received my order the other day which included the Chocolate Peanut Dream bar, which is one of my favorites. I first noticed that now the packaging is different. And then I noticed the size of the bar has changed, it is SMALLER! What happen to the Chocolate Peanut Dream bar. It used to be the best bar. It is not light and crispy like it used to be! Why did you change it? Bring back the original bar please!

There must have been a recent change to this recipe. The first box I order was surprisingly good. When I order a second box months later it had changed. It's no longer crispy. its mushy. I don't recommend the new formula. if you go back to the original I'd buy it again.

I have bought the Crispy PB and J bars many many times and this time they were not as good as normal. They are normally my favorite but these were smaller and just didn't have much taste.

I use to go to a diet clinic; I bought these bars at the clinic and they were delicious. I ordered them from here and they were stale. The first time, I thought it was maybe a fluke, so I ordered them again. They were stale again the second time.

I have not dieted in several months and have previously bought these bars and loved them so much they were my main staple. However, the last 2 boxes I ordered are very different. They are smaller, so I thought the calories would be lower but there was no change to the box's label. But most disappointng is that the taste is so different. Not in a good way. Frankly, they are not very tasty at all. :(

BariWise recently changed this bar and ruined it. I have been eating this bar for years and it was my favorite. I waited a long time while they were out of the bar and when it was finally restocked ordered 10 boxes. This new bar was so bad I had to return all 10 boxes for a refund. Please bring back the old bar. I have never written a review in the past. This bar was so bad I had to write one. The company that makes this product needs to get new taste testers or a new product development person.

I was just shocked at how these bars tasted...this does not taste like a nutrition bar or diet bar at all! No aftertaste. They are not overpowering or too rich or overly sweet. No vitimin taste. These are wonderful!! My favorites in order are PBJ, Lemon, Cin Raisin, choc peanut dream, peanut butter, double chocolate. None of these bars are undesirable. I will continue to order every flavor. Good nutrition. I even give these to my kids for a quick breakfast.

The lemon and the peanut butter and jelly are a great change from chocolate. I also like the lemon because it isn't overly sweet like some bars. Also, the crunch gives you something to chew on instead of the soft candy bar texture of many of the other bars. The other flavors are good, too, but these two are great!

I have received two of these as samples, the Chocolate Peanut Dream, which was really good, and then the Peanut butter & Jelly which was super yummy. You first taste the peanut butter and then you get that little taste of the jelly in there, yummy. The calories are a bit higher than the Wonderslim snack bars (which have more of the Protein bar taste in my opionion), but I like these better. I only could wish for more fiber in all the bars.

The Cinnamon Raisin are as good as some have already said. That is why I bought them, but I got the Variety pack just in case.
I wanted to try them all.
The Cinnamon is the best for me, I NEED something in the morning, I don't like to make breakfast.
I also liked the Lemon, and the PB&J was a nice surprise, I like PButter, but wasn't sure that I would like the bar. These, all of the peanut butter ones, are very good with no protein taste.
To be honest, I don't remember the chocolate ones, I don't like chocolate in the morning, and I am only a chocolate lover during certain times of the month (has there been a study?) but I think it must have been ok if I don't remember hating it!

Wow folks.... these ARE good. The reviewers are right. I am pretty picky about protein bars and I have tried A LOT and I don't like most of them. But these really are yummy and taste like peanut butter and jelly. And to be honest with you, I always wonder if these reviews of diet foods are for real - but these are !! My experience with diet anything is yuck (but I'll eat it because I am hungry). I can't wait to try everything else I bought from Diet Direct.

You can get all sorts of chocolate protein bars so I was pleased to see that the lemon meringue bar got good reviews so I tried that one. Highly recommend it. I also got the PB&J and like it a lot too.

Since they are the crispy variety, they can be a tiny bit dry so I put them in the microwave for about 5 seconds which makes them softer and sooo good! My son recommended these to me. I love them. I don't eat sweets and I find most snack or meal bars are too sweet. I prefer the peanut butter and jelly and chocolate peanut. There is no aftertaste or sugar substitute taste. The 15 gm of protein is a big help also as I don't eat meat.

I am allergic to chocolate (gives me migraines)...so that eliminates most protein bars from my diet. This is the very first item I tried from this site. I got the Cinnamon Raisin as the free sample. WOW. Yes, it is very good. Very sweet, and even though the texture is crunchy (like a chewy granola bar), it still tastes like a cinnamon roll to me -- and not the cheap processed, preserved, and prepackaged ones at the grocery store, but the kind you would get from a bakery with loads of cinnamon and icing. Not a lot of raisins, at least not in my sample bar, so if you hate raisins, I think it is still safe to try it at least. Really good with coffee. I am definitely going to order more of these. I think they will end up being a permanent staple, even after I reach my goal weight. THAT good.

Since I'm on a low carb diet, I thought I would give these a try (the alternative being licking a spoonful of peanut butter and sf jelly.) Just tried one of these today. This has become one of my favorite protein bars. I'm a PB lover and I really like the sweetness of the jelly. I use the bar as an afternoon treat when hungry between meals. I have been buying these bars for the past year and a half. All are good, but my absolute favorite is the PB & J bars. They used to be OUTSTANDING! Since they changed the recipe recently, I still like them but they just aren't quite as good as they were before the change, thus I will only rate them a 4 as opposed to the 5+ they used to be. I wish they'd go back to the previous recipe and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will!!! I have friends who agree with this assessment!

I have a mixed review. The Lemon Meringue SUCKS - it tastes like Pledge AND it falls apart/crumbles the second you open it. On the other hand, the Peanut Butter & Jelly IS AWESOME!!! It is SOOOOOO good. I also like the Chocolate Peanut Dream. 12 grams of sugar is pretty high for a Bariatric patient, but as long as you are exercising, and otherwise eating low sugar, low fat items, then you should be ok. Every body is different, so everyone won't be able to tolerate this much sugar, but I seem to be able to.

I recently wrote a review complaining that the lemon meringue bars were not like they used to be. That the last several times I had ordered them they tasted like cardboard and had less flavor. This last though was a surprise. the old flavor was back and most of the texture too. If they continue in this form I would most definitely recommend them. There must have been a recent change to this recipe. The first box I order was surprisingly good. When I order a second box months later it had changed. It's no longer crispy. its mushy. I don't recommend the new formula. if you go back to the original I'd buy it again.

I have not dieted in several months and have previously bought these bars and loved them so much they were my main staple. However, the last 2 boxes I ordered are very different. They are smaller, so I thought the calories would be lower but there was no change to the box's label. But most disappointng is that the taste is so different. Not in a good way. I waited a long time while they were out of the bar and when it was finally restocked ordered 10 boxes. This new bar was so bad I had to return all 10 boxes for a refund. Please bring back the old bar. I have never written a review in the past. This bar was so bad I had to write one. The company that makes this product needs to get new taste testers or a new product development person.
