I got the natural flavor and the taste is great. Easy to take with you, just stick one in your purse and if you get hungry, you're covered without buying something you don't need to eat. Keeps me from being hungry for a long time.

I had a bite of one of these from a friend and loved it!! When I started a new diet and had the opportunity to order them as a "lean protein", I did. I cannot say enough. I have tried the pepper, natural and Teriyaki. You do have to be careful about the level of sodium. The natural sounds like it might be gross, but there isn't a ton of difference between these three flavors and the natural has the lowest level of sodium.

My husband loves these. Being a driver he can grab one while driving to hold him over til he makes a stop. Often it is enough to hold him til mealtime. He loves all the flavors but prefers the natural.

I first tasted the NATURAL Ostrim ostrich/beef jerkee at my workout facility. It had the right amount of protein for a snack, and the lowest amount of sodium. It's great for traveling. I started buying it in bulk and now my husband and son also eat them. They're great!

If you are hesitating to get these because of the Ostrich, don't. These are delicious! I used to eat the other beef sticks all the time and these are a perfect alternative in taste, calorie content, fat, carbs and protein. The only bad thing is the sodium is a bit high. I urge all beef stick fans to try at least one. If you are allowed fruit on your diet try these with a piece of fruit for lunch (I had grapes). You'll love them! (Updated on 7/10/2010.)

Taste like a slim jim, but is off the charts nutritionally compared to the slim jim. I love natural, BBQ, and teriyaki. Will order again and keep in purse and car.

I was excepting a bit sized jerky treat when I ordered this product that had 80 calories, I was very mistaken. It is a full stick of jerky. It is not 'filling', not as much as the vegetarian sloppy Joe, chicken and tomato, spaghetti etc type supplements, but it tastes great. This is also one that I will keep long after I am done with my diet. This is a great snack... but as one would except does not make a great meal. This is a must have. I had the pepper one... I haven't tried the other flavors yet. I realized you can still get the bulk discount by ordering different flavors of the same thing... and I recommend doing that with this product (I love variety).

Very delicious; good to chew. I have tried all the flavors and all are excellent. I especially like having them in my office for mid afternoon hunger. They are conveninet and easy to carry around or store. I give this product 5 stars!

I just finished a teriyaki stick and boy was it good. I was a bit nervous when I opened it because I really didn't know what to expect. A relative of mine told me about this site and was giving me advice on what to buy. When she told me they sold Ostrich/Beef Jerky, the only word I heard was ostrich! I am here to say it is the best snack option I've had so far! I will be ordering more soon!!!!!

Someone at work gave this to me and my first thought was OSTRICH MEAT GROSS!! but after taking one bite I love it. When I eat them at the office and people have the same reaction as I did to Ostrich meat I let them try a stick and they quickly change their mind.

All 4 of the flavors are great! The sticks are very large. About as big around as a nickel and 8 inches long. I purchased one of each to try and now I am stocking up on them. I also had a friend try one and she loved it! She said it tasted just like a pepperoni stick! A+ product!

I had my doubts but boy was I surprised. This is the best diet snack yet. To describe the package, it is foil down the front side and beautiful clear vacuum sealing on the back. No air could penetrate and the freshness was outstanding. It looks like a log, almost 4 times the size of a Slim Jim, but only 80 calories and 96% fat free. The taste was better than a Slim Jim, not shriveled or unwantedly chewy. There are ten to a box, and I am on my fourth box. If you are having a hunger fit, chew one of these and it will be gone. You can't go wrong. Enjoy! I think the Natural flavor is closest to the Slim Jim. GO FOR IT!

This is going to be on every order for me. They aren't cheap. But, it is so rare to have a meat stick that isn't loaded with fat. My husband thinks that they are a little too sweet. But, then he isn't on as strict of diet as I am, and can eat regular beef jerky and bacon

If you like slim jims, you will love this. It is at least twice as thick as a slim jim and the flavors are great for 80 calories... I prefer the jerky as you seem to get more for less calories and I really don't like the thick slim jim style. Definatly check out the smaller snack versions of these. They are only 20 calores, and are the slim jim thickness. they are a great pick-me-up because of the intense flavor, and seriously....20 calories?? These products are almost too good to be true! (p.s. All flavors are good, the BBQ is a little sweet for my taste, and the pepper is a little spicy for those that can't handle mild heat...try them all!)

I am surprised but I did not like these AT ALL. They look like a small hot dog when you unwrap them and have a similar, soft texture. They are low fat but I find them to be greasy. Much too salty also. I could not finish one. I don't think I can eat these.
