This Bariatric Advantage Chewable formulation contains all natural forms of vitamins. Bariatric Advantage uses the most bio-available forms that are easy to digest and proven to absorb well. USP designated elements are used to address dissolution and disintegration. A micro-encapsulation process is used to eliminate the after taste commonly found in other multi-vitamin chewable formulas.
Some of the nutrients that make this multi-formula unique are:
- Calcium Citrate - repeatedly shown to be the most bioavailable form of calcium in numerous scientific studies.
- Chromium Picolinate (Nutrition 21) - this patented form of chromium has been demonstrated to support healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and help maintain lean body mass.
- Natural forms of vitamin D, vitamin E and Beta-carotene - natural forms are the best absorbed and utilized by the body. We use only water-miscible fat-soluble vitamins.
- Citrus Fruit Peel Extract and Citrus Bioflavonoids - plant antioxidants that support tissue healing.
- Vanadium - a trace mineral that may help to support insulin sensitivity.

My wife likes what she likes, and she likes these vitamins! I found the best deal on the Net, so now she doesn't have to drive across town to her doctor to get them. We are happy.

These are the most delicious vitamins I ever tasted. I got the new flavor french vanilla. The other flavors were great, but the vanilla is even better. I look forward to taking my vitamins!

Makes taking that daily heaping helping of vitamins bearable for a bariatric patient. Used the Berry for two years, which was fine but just got the French Vanilla which is AWESOME!!

I started out with the berry, which was pretty bitter and not really a berry flavor, but I continued to use them until I used 180 of them. Then I tried the orange flavored which is now my favorite. I take these vitamins every day and enjoy the orange flavor. Give the orange flavor a try.

I have been taking these for years, I don't mind the taste and according to my Doctor my most recent blood work was excellent! No deficiencies! (Updated on 1/5/2010.)

I have been taking this vitamin for two years since I had bariatric surgery. I really like the taste and have no problems taking every day. I tried a few others but this is the best and I especially like the orange taste.

These vitamins smell and taste AWFUL! Be aware the citrus flavor is over powering and becomes nauseating very quickly!

This product tasted very bad. It was a waste of money, and I am just sick about it. I am on a limited budget, and had to go out and buy a local adult chewable vitamin instead; no more wasted money on mail order products I can't get samples of first.
