At this time of year many people realize that soon it will be summer, that they want to look good for it, discover bodybuilding and decide to start working out their muscles.
In this video we are going to have a look at five things you should keep in mind when you are a beginner just starting or only have a couple of weeks experience with weight training: have realistic expectations, keep it simple, do compound exercises, go for whole body workouts and check your fitness level before you decide on a routine.
