i'm extremely happy with the results I had on the hcg diet it was an amazing experience for me.... i'm no longer on the diet but I am continuing my journey with continued healthy eating choices and a good diet....
I would recommend this diet base off my experience... but do remember it's not a quick fix it's a life style change if you do what you were doing prior to the diet YOU WILL GAIN YOUR WEIGHT BACK.....
