Weight Loss Before And After Pics



Hi everyone! I've recently lost 80lbs and I'm still going. I'm posting this video of my before and after pics in hopes that it will inspire others to lose weight and feel better about themselves. I still have 40 pounds to go but my life has changed dramatically for the better already. Losing weight is always hard and diets suck. I finally found a diet that works for me and is easy to stick to and it immediately started to change my life. Now I'm getting thin and happy. I have a better life now. I think it's important to pick a diet that works for YOU, because if you don't stick with it you won't lose weight anyway.

I love food. I'm totally addicted to food, lol. So many people like me have a food addiction or are emotional eaters. Emotional eating is a hard habit to break. I'm not sure it is even possible to break but you can still lose weight through diet and exercise even before ending emotional eating. I don't like counting calories for weight loss. It's too hard. I'm happy on the diet I'm on because I don't count calories and exercise is optional. I do like to exercise though so it's not a issue. However, some days I don't want to exercise so I don't and I still lose weight. My weight loss is coming pretty easy because I'm on a diet I can stick with. Sometimes my emotional eating and food addiction still gets the best of me but I just get back on my diet again the next day. Soon I'll be at my goal weight and that is going to feel incredible! I really hope to inspire others to lose weight through diet and exercise and reach their goal weight.

The Layer Diet works really well for me but remember, pick a diet that works for YOU. I like the layer diet because there are no food restrictions. I get to eat whatever I want. Also, the layer diet doesn't claim that you'll lose 40ibs a month or something ridiculous like that. I think those diets that claim to produce the fastest weight loss are usually the "fad" type diets that don't really work. Don't just pick a diet that offers the fastest weight loss. We all want to lose weight fast but it has to feel natural or you won't stick with it. I've tried every diet under the sun and losing weight has never come easy to me until I started my current diet. I'm not going for the fastest weight loss because I know the fastest weight loss is not always the best weight loss. It seems like the faster the weight loss the harder it is to keep off! I know once I reach my goal weight I won't gain it back again because I'm taking my time. I'm still achieving pretty fast weight loss I guess but I'm in no hurry. Diets that offer the fastest weight loss are the hardest to stick with and don't work, in my opinion.

I feel like I have my emotional eating in check but I know I'll never really end my emotional eating for good so I do my best. I hope my before and after pics will inspire others to lose weight, keep their emotional eating in check, and start a diet and exercise program they can live with. I know I always like to see before and after pics of people on a diet and losing weight. It always inspires me. Especially when they reach their goal weight.
