I used this as a substitute for milk in cold cereal for a higher protein snack too. Would definitely buy this again. I loved the Peanut Butter. Can't wait to try chocolate!!! I had noticed that there was a shake available with the same brand name and thought I would try it. I ordered the peanut butter flavor and it exceeded my expectations. It tastes like I put vanilla ice cream, milk and peanut butter in my blender to make a fattening shake. Luckily the shake that I drank was missing all the calories. I will probably try the chocolate flavor next. I had this for breakfast yesterday morning and I was able to wait till lunch to eat again. I would rate this the best tasting shake that I've tried. I wanted to update with a recipe for the way I've been making this lately. I add 1/2 cup of low sugar/low cal almond milk (available in most grocery stores now) add about 7 ice cubes, 1/2 of a banana and 1 scoop of the peanut butter chocolite powder. The flavor is very good and lightly sweetened so I add a packet of splenda and wow, what flavor! It also keeps me satisfied for up to 3 or 4 hours. The protein content helps with that. I will continue to buy this product and add to my Wonderslim products . I would recommend this to everyone!
