There's NO highs or lows for her because of the amount of protein that is in the bars unlike candy bars that gives you a high and then drops you down very quickly. As for the TASTE? Simply AMAZING - wow! The Caramel Nut is a repackaged Babe Ruth. The Caramel Crunch - $100,000 bar. The Rockie Road? Scrumptious. PB&J? My hubby's favorite. I haven't tried the others (yet), but feel pretty confident this bar would not disappoint. Only big downside? Hard to eat one and stop...almost TOO good. Enjoy.
