I use sugar free syrup & sugar free peaches (1/2 cup) & would have them everday for breakfast if I could. I only bought 1 boxes this last time-but plan to buy enough for everday breakfasts for the month! I absolutely love them-& they are low carb! These are great tasting and they have a good amount of protein in them. Use sugar free syrup and you will feel like you're cheating if you try to eat high protein low carb. They are great with a little lite fruit flavored jelly spread thinly on top. They are a great way to have a pancake and still meet your protein counts for the meal. I have recommended them to other bariatric patients and they love them also. Was a little unsure based on some reviews. I thought what the heck, I will try them. They are great and I could eat them everyday!!! I spray my pan with a little Butter flavored PAM and cook them and they don't stick or have to scrape them off the pan like some of the reviews said.
