If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was a mango smoothie! I was in total shock, it was TOO good! I dumped it into my medifast shaker on my way out the door, I needed a lunch, and maybe this wasn't enough calories for a meal, but better than a burger or whatever! It had some lumps, but even the lumps were good! I will use a better shaker or the blender from now on, but I had to stop and look at it in wonder. I use 4 oz. of the juice, and 4 oz. of water, so I only add 25 calories - throw in some crushed ice and voila. It's the BEST.
