These are really quite good once you doctor them up. After I prepare them in the microwave I pour a bit of non-fat milk into it to moisten it and then give it a sprinkle of equal. It sweetens very nicely. I have ordered many boxes.

I was pleasantly surprised when I "baked" this up in the microwave per the instructions. I added a little heavy cream on top (adds no carbs!) and wow -- really delicious treat. I've since ordered two more boxes and will continue to buy this as a regular no-guilt, 9 net carbs treat. Highly recommend.

I just tried this for the first time last night. It took longer than the noted time (a full minute) and was a bit rubbery in texture. It would benefit from a bigger chocolate flavor and was not too sweet. Still, I enjoyed the idea of eating "cake" and not cheating. I will try adding some Splenda to the next one to see if there is improvement in flavor.

I had high hopes for this one. Unfortunately it is way too sweet for my liking. The flavor and texture was fine, but just way too sweet to be able to stand it.
