I am 5 years post gastric bypass. The serving size was good for me. Maybe just a little too much. I added a little garlic and onion powder because I use onion and garlic when I make homemade stew. Did not need salt. It had more beef than I expected. Beef was tender.

I agree it was a bit more saucy than I would have wanted but it did taste good and it was an easy lunch. Not much meat but then it was a vegetable stew first and the beef was a side note. I would order again but do also agree the price could be lower. At least I can justify the price by saying it is tasty, low cal and easy - and costs less than an unhealthy fast food meal.

The dish is great. Just wish there was a little more meat and less vegetables. As far as taste is concerned, it is great and recommend it very highly. I have been on another program for quite some time and lost over 70 lbs. but am now at a standstill and thinking of going on this program for a change and if all the products are as good as the ones I have already had, I am sure I will continue to lose and reach my goal.

this was absolutely delicious !!! it's the only one I've tried so far, but if the others are equally good, I'll be hooked !! very filling, I almost didn't finish it..perfect serving size,too !!
