It is easy to make. Just fill to line and add one ice cube and shake very well and drink with straw. Quick and easy and refreshing energy from protein drink. They were absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted! I tried mixing with water, low fat milk, and I tried making a shake with crushed ice and water. Ewwwww! There was a bitter, almost spoiled taste to them. I threw them out. $26 worth of stuff down the drain. As far as the Chocolate Razz Truffle and the Vanilla Shake... I'd rather lick a dirty ashtray than consume them again. Find your flavors and go for it. This does works if you stick with it. From my experience, it take 2 weeks to form good habits of eating right and working out. Stick with it. Remember, good habits are just as difficult to break as bad ones. This can be done. The only flavors that tasted half way decent were the chocolate and vanilla. I wouldn't recommend buying. I even tried adding less water and making a pudding, thinking if would cut down on the bitterness....nope! I have had a wide variety of protein drinks, and I have adapted my palate to a low carb/protein-rich diet. This drink is great with water, and is a good way to get a few extra grams of protein between meals. If a stick blender is available it is indeed advisable. But these drinks are the exception! they are so tasty, they have that creamy taste and only 100 calories! you can't go wrong with them. I recommend these to anyone watching and counting their calories as well as having something delicious to drink in the afternoons... I keep my drawer stacked here at work! Love them!!
