It took awhile to dissolve and once it did, I took a big gulp. At first I thought, well that's different kind of a sour taste that was just OK at best. Then the after taste hit me. I tried 2 more times to take a sip and get over it but I couldn't. I dumped it out. The smell when dumping it down the sink even made me gag. I gave the box away to a friend so she could try it but I for one will not be ordering that product again. This is the first WS item I've come across that I found intolerable. It would be nice if more of the products were made with sweeteners like maltitol or xylitol. If you don't mind the addition of aspartame, I do recommend it. Also I read that a lot of friends here have trouble with the drink clumping up. I mixed it with icy cold water (adding the powder to the water, not the other way round) with the shaker blender bottle with the metal mixing ball and it blended perfectly. HTH!
