Average Customer Rating: ( out of 5) Could be worseby Renee from Michigan on 3/23/2012 For being a diet cookie, it's not that bad. You do taste the sweetness and hint of peanut butter. It's soft and chewy. It's filling. I don't taste any nasty chemicals, and when eating it I didn't feel like I was being deprived. So with that being said, I think it's something I would have bought again EXCEPT for the 160 calories per cookie. I know I can find a similar sweet snack for less calories. Greatby alphabetsoup from Ada, Ok on 3/14/2012 These cookies are fairly delicious. I expected them to be hard but they are soft and chewy. They are also really big. My only complaint would be they are very chewy and by the time I finished the cookie, my jaw was hurting from chewing so much. Great with my coffeeby from Oregon on 10/13/2011 I love these cookies. Lots of protein and great for breakfast with coffee or milk. Like to take these with me for a quick protein snack. Love these cookies!!!by Dave from Jacksonville,Fl on 10/2/2011 I really love these cookies. They are not too sweet and do not crumble while eating them. They do a great job filling you up, and taste great with a cup of tea!!They are also great for warm days because they do not melt!!! In a Desperate Pinchby Patt from Beaverton, OR on 9/30/2011 I tried both the vanilla and peanut butter cookies. They were barely OK -- nothing I would buy again! I even tried zapping in micro for that "fresh baked" effect. I've definitely had much better low fat cookies. If I weren't traveling and obviously out of town, I would have returned the cookies. (Updated on 9/30/2011.) Chocolate Chip Cookiesby TFred from Carrollton, TX on 9/14/2011 These cookies spongy and dry... Do not try to eat without milk or coffee. I don't think I will buy these again. $11 for a box of sponges and there is much better products on this website. LOL on the bright side they do keep you full. Yummy PB cookiesby Amy from Edgerton, WI on 9/12/2011 I have to say it took a lot of reviews to push me to trying the Peanut Butter cookies and I was not at all disappointed. I feared they might be really dry, but no. Just a smig bit moister than the Chocolate Chip. Very tasty treat! These Cookies are Tasting Betterby BobbyG from Boston, MA on 8/26/2011 I have reviewed these cookies before, but I wanted to update by commenting that my last few boxes have improved. I really like these cookies anyway for the protein content and because they satisfy hunger. The tastes of the different varieties are pretty good, although the chocolate flavor is not very sweet at all. Sometimes the vanilla version has been like sawdust they were so dry, but to my surprise my last few boxes have been much improved! Actually moist! I eat one of these cookies for breakfast with yogurt (for dipping) and it keeps me going all morning. My favorite is the peanut butter because they are never too dry, but now I am going to order more vanilla if they keep on making them moister the way my last couple of boxes have been. It is easy to incorporate these cookies in a good diet plan to fill in the gaps without overdoing it. I hope they continue to produce a more moist cookie. Cookiesby from Reno on 7/25/2011 Loved these! Proto Cookieby MCJ from Kansas on 6/3/2011 Difficult to eat and enjoy as much as my favorite Bari bars, but not the worst diet food I've ever eaten. They MUST be eaten with something you're drinking, to wash them down, but then that works toward the daily water consumption goal! The cookie is filling, but like I said, if it's a choice between this cookie or one of the delicious Bari-Wise caramel bars...this cookie will lose!! Super Yummy Cake-Like Cookiesby lasvegasgirl32 from Las Vegas on 5/20/2011 Wow! These are good and so versatile. Because they are cake-like, I can cut them very easily and do many things with them. I can cut them in half, add a tablespoon of ice cream and refreeze them to make ice cream sandwiches. I can crumbled them into some ice cream to give the ice cream texture so I can savor it and not eat it so quickly. I can also pan fry them and crumble them over baked apples or baked peaches. Anyway I do it I know I am getting some protein in. Oh and they are just good by themselves as well. I prefer the chocolate over the chocolate chips because the chocolate ones are more moist and go great with rice or soy milk for that childhood treat. Dry, bland and not cookie-likeby Queen Crochet from Tulsa, OK on 5/9/2011 I tried the chocolate flavored ones. Major disappointment. The "cookies" are like a small, bland, dry cake. I may try another flavor. Hopefully the other flavors aren't as dry and have some of the expected flavor that a cookie should have. Not the best....by fisherdlcty from Woodbrdige, VA on 5/7/2011 This was the first time trying these cookies -- I had the chocolate chip one. They were large and soft, but very, very dry. Had to have something to wash them down with. The taste was okay, but dry. I probably would not order them again. Loved them!by sstoecklein from Hutchinson, KS on 4/26/2011 I really crave cookies and these have made a difference between staying on target or cheating. Thanks Satisfies Cravings!by Chelle from Austin, TX on 4/21/2011 After reading the mixed reviews I was a tad hesitant to order. Sooo glad I ordered! These are GREAT in my opinion. Of course they aren't going to be like Toll House...that is how we got fat people!! I've tried lots of diet foods, and these have a great amount of protein and satisfy my sweet tooth and the need for something bread and cake. I will definitely be ordering more! Great tastingby dlou from Kansas on 4/18/2011 This is a truly tasty cookie. I would recommend it to my friends. Taste Greatby from Bensalem, PA on 4/11/2011 Love the vanilla butter. Tastes just like butter cookies. I also liked the chocolate chip. I am going to buy these again. No Flavor, Extremely Dryby Pat from NC on 3/22/2011 I've only tried the peanut butter ones, but all I can say is you better have something handy to wash it down. It's like chewing on MDF. And, there is very little taste. The only way I can see that these cookies could ever taste like peanut butter is to actually lather them up with peanut butter. Much better off with the Tri-O-Plex cookies.
