I can drink it all day and get the nutritional values that are required for my daily intake. I love the fact it is high in protein and I dont have to mix it with a lot of fluid. It's all goodby Babygirl from Indiana on 4/25/2011 I purchased the lemon iced tea flavor and the roadside lemonade. They are both very good, but the roadside lemonade doesn't mix very well. I also add one of those little crystal light mix packets with them. Only because the iced tea flavor could be a little stronger in my opinion, so I add lemon ice tea mix to the nectar iced tea for a little extra. With the lemonade I added more lemonade mix to it, I have even added Cherry flavor to the roadside lemonade...yummy. Yuck it was awful, and it doesn't dissolve so they're floaties. I might give it try again I've heard the other flavors are better. Very weary. Waste of moneyby Cutie from Los Angeles, CA on 1/24/2011 I purchased the Apple Ecstacy and it is GROSS! I was REALLY hard to pour it into a bottle of water, even after attempts with funnel! Once in the water (which seriously took 20 minutes to accomplish), it was a funky green color - almost psychedelic - and looked pretty, but the taste was so awful! I eventually added a packet of Splenda sweetener which made it more tolerable, but I would NOT buy this again! Other flavors may be fine, but the apple was a disaster! Fillingby Didalee1 from Alabama on 11/6/2010 I just tried the Fuzzy Navel, Caribbean Cooler and Twisted Cherry. The first two are quite good. Both Fuzzy Navel and Caribbean Cooler are really good. The Twisted Cherry I would not recommend. It has a funny under taste. As for the other two I tried they were enjoyable, filling, and I looked forward to drinking them. I was surprised at how filling they were. After drinking one...it would totally curb my hunger for several hours. Thank you for such a great product. I also like the additional nutrients in the supplement, especially the Potassium level. I like the "grab and go" packaging option, it really fits my needs.
