These protein bars are delicious, and help me meet my daily protein requirements. I personally like them chilled in the fridge, but they taste good at room temperature, too. I would definitely recommend these bars to my friends because I've yet to find another bar that's high in protein, low in carbs and fat, and also very tasty. (Updated on 12/19/2011.)

2/28/2011I've used these bars before on the west coast and was so happy to see them offered by Diet Direct. They are delicious, chewy and very filling. There is also a lot to them, it takes a while to eat them which is very enjoyable. I use them as a meal replacement, chugging water along with them. I also will eat a green salad after.

3/31/2010These are great tasting.I eat one for lunch and a piece of fruit. They are so good. Some are higher in fat up to total fat 8% and sat.fat 10 but not all.
