At only 15 calories per biscotti, you can have 5 for only 75 cal and you get 5 grams of protein and only 1 carb choice (if you are diabetic). I gave it 5 stars because it really is good, and you only have to count 1 protein, 1 carb and NO fats when you eat one...and ONLY 15 calories!!! I have dieted most of my life, and always have to say, "NO" to things like Biscotti. It does taste like Biscotti....it's dry, as the normal Biscotti is... not exactly the same, but VERY good for being healthy!!! I have shared at work, and the gals there like it, and my daughter too...I have gotten all 4 varieties and they're super...It's one of my staples now!
