It actually has a pleasant flavor. It is not runny like so many fat free dressings. It thickens when you keep it in the refrigerator before using. Keep a few packets with you at all times, so when someone asks you out to eat at a place where the menu is unfamiliar to you, you know you can stay on your program by having a tasty salad with this delicious dressing.
