I've tried most of the flavors (haven't tried cinnamon), and I like all the ones I've tried. I especially like the Amaretto, I believe it is my absolute favorite. I use a chocolate raspberry-flavored diet soda that contains no calories, caffeine or sodium. Chill the soda before use. Put 8 oz of soda into a blender, add 10 oz ice and a package of either hot chocolate or chocolate raspberry mix. Blend until smooth (my blender has a pre-programmed setting for frozen drinks). You end up with a delicious, thick frozen drink. You need a spoon to eat it. Because it is so thick, it is more filling and you stay full longer. I have used these for years and have maintained my weight loss. I eat these at lunch or sometimes an evening snack. Hot Chocolate with Marshmallowsby drh from ohio on 4/19/2011 I am doing medifast but am incorporating some of the wonderslim/bariwise products b/c I think they taste better and have lower carbs. I add the Hot chocolate with marshmallows to my morning coffee everyday. It tastes good and is filling. There is enough chocolate flavor for me and it does not have much of a chemical taste (medifast cappucino and hot cocoa have a chemical taste to me). If you continue to stir while enjoying it, nothing settles to the bottom. I can have my healthy cocoa again!by Joy from Utah on 3/30/2011 I used to enjoy Medifast Hot Cocoa until my body started to reject it and it made me sick. I thought I would never enjoy a protein-based cocoa again. The taste is great, it mixes easily, and there's none of the guilt I would have drinking a sugary cocoa instead. I don't drink coffee or tea (against my religion), so it's such a pleasure to have a nice, hot, healthy cocoa to drink instead. I have a very sensitive digestive system, and haven't had any problems drinking this these last 3 weeks. My body likes it! I ordered a box of the Wonderslim cocoa too, but you have to use boiling water instead of just hot water for the Bariwise. They both taste very similar, but I think the Bariwise wins my taste test....plus it mixes easier than the Wonderslim. I ordered the variey pack and thought that I would like the Chocolate Mint the best, but my favorites turned out to be the regular Hot Chocolate, Cinnamon (this one is surprisingly GREAT), and the Choc. with marshmallows. I like adding 5 or 6 drops of peppermint oil to my regular chocolate and it tastes better than the Mint Chocolate. I disliked the Raspberry, Amaretto, and Mocha flavors. I didn't get a sample of the Irish Creme, so I can't comment on that one. I really stocked up on this cocoa when it was on sale....what a great price and I have plenty to last me for the next little while. One tip I'll leave is that I use a battery-operated mini-whipper called a Vitaminder and it mixes up the cocoa quickly leaving it creamy with about a half-inch of froth on top. Sometimes I add a dollop of low-carb canned whip cream on top. It's a nice bedtime treat!
