Natural Varicose Veins Treatments - Good Exercises to Relieve Varicose Veins


We all like to look beautiful. Any abnormality is not accepted with please with either one own self or any other in our society. Look and feel perfect is the mantra for time. People go as far as for radical invasive procedures or cosmetic surgery to remove their flaws and look great. We see so many of the cases like this on media and television. Yoga and various means are becoming part of lifestyle and are promoted a lot by medical community.

A common abnormality that is occurring more in women nowadays is varicose veins. In varicose veins sufferer's veins are twisted and enlarged as a heredity problem or due to pregnancy. it might also occur as a result of estrogen. Slowing down of blood flow is the most common reason for varicose veins which becomes very painful and makes one look ugly.

There are many exercises for varicose recommended medically which helps to increase blood flow towards heart. These exercises can be done with ease even in busy life style of people. Some of these exercise for varicose are:

Calf Stretch

Begin by stand with with the balls of your feet, on the the edge of the ladder. Lift on your toes and then slowly lower your calves as far as they will go. Perform this exercise close to a wall to hold on to balance. Repeat this for 40 repst . This exercise stretches the back of your calf muscles.

Pedaling

Lie on your back flat on the floor, place your hands at side or below the buttocks. Raise your legs and pedal them as if riding a bicycle.

Walk on tip-toes

Walking on tiptoe while you are working at home. You may perform this exercise to stretch your calf.

Heel-walk

Walking on heels while cleaning the house. This exercise is more effective in strengthen the calf muscles.

Leg lifts

Lie on your back flat on the floor, place your hands at side or below the buttocks. Keeping the lower back and buttocks on the floor. Raise one straight leg until it is perpendicular to the floor. Hold this position as long as you can and then put the foot down.. Perform this on the other leg.

Knee-bends

Rest on your back. Bring up one leg, the knee towards your chest t, and the other remained on the floor. While still in this position, flex your foot. The movement should be performed with lowly and firmly. After several foot motions, repeat this with the other foot. This exercise makes the muscles of the leg work.

After doing any leg exercises, , try a leisurely walk or stand for a moment. You can also make motion. the following: the following: lay on the floor with your buttocks almost touching the wall. and Then, raise your legs and leaning into the wall.. This provides a good rest for your legs.

The above mentioned exercises are the easy one which can be taken up but one should go beyond to more complicated exercises without consulting a doctor. These daily exercises if made a routine and part of lifestyle can save us from varicose and many other problems.
