Your Body Type And Your Body Type Diet


Have you ever felt that it shouldn't be so hard or take so much effort to lose even a little bit of weight? Trying yet another diet is probably not something you're looking forward to! Being told what to eat and having it not work will often send you on to yet one more diet. This creates a vicious cycle that will often lead you to believe you lack willpower.

It's not that people have a problem with willpower - they simply have never been taught the right way to lose weight. If it's not working, nobody is going to stick with it. Knowing the correct things to do, and how, will help you and ultimately work for you.
Once a person has the background and understanding of how fat is burned and how health is created, they succeed. If you are merely told what to do without any explanation behind it, you will have learned nothing of any lasting value. There are tons of weight loss books that say stuff like, "Scientific studies have shown ... " or "Experts say ... " These methods do little to help in understanding. What is important to know is that all bodies are not the same. We each fall into one of 4 body types and need to undergo a body type diet that fits our type.

Many people are attempting to fix the wrong problem: their weight. Weight is actually the symptom. We must understand our hormones, for it is hormones that control our metabolism. We are going to need our hormones to work to help burn fat, not create fat. Hormones are chemical messages produced by glands. You have six fat burning and three fat making hormones, and each is triggered by different things.

The body type diet is not necessarily for those who find it easy to lose weight. It is for those with an especially stubborn metabolism who will find the body type diet helpful. The body type diet is the most effective method for losing weight since it hones in on the very things that control weight loss: fat burning hormones.

Simply put, fat is reserve energy storage. Too many of us run on sugar for our bodies energy and never even begin to hit the fat reserves. Everything you need to burn fat is already held within your body. You won't be triggering only one, but all six, fat burning hormones on your body type diet. This will optimize the fat burning effects to their maximum capacity. You will lose some serious weight by following your body type diet, but you will also get very healthy in the process.

Different bodies - different solutions. Most of us are one of four distinct body types. Consequently, we require different food and exercise programs and a unique body type diet.
What you might not have realized is that your own hormones have been working against you, making you fat and distorting your body's shape. You need to find out find out which hormone or gland is responsible for your body type and guide you to find your specific body type diet to fix the problem.

Just about anybody can lose weight on any diet. Your body type diet is so unique and uplifting because it is targeting the cause of your weight problems. Consequently, you'll be able to keep the fat off this time. Your body type diet will stabilize your glands and hormones that have caused you to get fat to begin with. If you simply do what everyone else is doing - losing the weight without fixing the cause of the problem - the weight will just come right back. Your primary goal needs to be getting your weakest gland healthy so that you can stay permanently at your ideal weight.

You will increase you sleep and it will become deeper, you'll improve your digestion. These are the results of healthy hormones. Healthy hormones are what control these things.

You will identify your own body type and learn some fascinating things about how your body works and how it stops working, especially in regard to fat burning. The idea is to teach you how to look beyond diets and exercise and instead use hormone triggers from foods and exercise with a body type diet that matches your body type.

It's your body that you live in. Shouldn't you at least learn the owner's manual?
