Take a look at the workout machines on the market today. Are any of them woman workout machines? Most of them are very expensive. That isn't good for either gender. But let's take a look at their individual purpose and see if there are any workout machines out there made for women. Types of Non Woman Workout Machines First, let's pick apart the "home gym". These things look more like torture machines than workout machines. The pulleys and cables, nuts and bolts, posts and benches, it all makes you spin a little. What is really bad about these types of machines for women is that they were built with men in mind. Men want muscle, big muscle. Is that what a woman wants? No. A woman workout machine would build long, lean, shapely muscles, no bulk. Also, these machines can be dangerous if used the wrong way, or if any parts fall off. They just aren't suitable for a woman to use for a feminine body. Next, let's look at the monotonous cardio machines. You know, like the treadmill, the exercise bike, the elliptical. These types of machines are not enough alone as a woman workout machine. Too much cardio will leave you looking skinny. That look went out with the nineties. Now a healthy, dancers body is the new sexy. Which is a good thing, because skinny is just ugly! Being healthy not only makes you look great but feel great as well, and that is the important thing. Now, there is the option of no workout machine at all. That certainly is more economical. But as busy as we women are, having a woman workout machine built for our needs that help us achieve our fitness goals and shape our body the way we want it, is a great convenience. What a Woman Workout Machine Should Do So what is a perfect woman workout machine? Women as a whole are no longer homebodies. They have schedules and professions like men and need something that will deliver results in the least amount of time. This woman workout machine should be slim and compact but not flimsy. It should be portable and storable. It should also be affordable to allow for plenty of clothes shopping after getting a great body. It should be very easy to use and not have any confusing parts or little pieces to lose. Can you think of any workout machine like this? The problem is, women don't demand quite as much workout machines to aid in the sculpting of their bodies because the idea of women performing strength training is a relatively new concept. Before, when skinny was in, women were obsessed with reaching a size 2 or smaller. Luckily, that fad is gone and women understand that a healthy body has shape and strength. With this development, it is safe to assume that there will be an increase in production of the woman workout machine. Hopefully!
