2. Keep track of everything that you consume. This means that you should start keeping an eye on the foods that you should eat and check out their labels to determine their nutrition content. This is one of the most effective solutions on how to lose fat. It is also important for you to continue monitoring your intake of protein and calories. You should spend time checking out the specific amount of protein and calories that you take in every day. This is a huge help in losing abdominal fat.

3. Move. It is advisable for you to work out all parts of your body. You should consider playing sports and go sprinting. You may also consider running or jogging on a regular basis. If possible, eliminate these unhealthy foods from your daily diet plan. You should consider replacing these foods with fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy salads, lean meats and nuts.

5. Eat your breakfast. Bear in mind that your body will be placed into a state of starvation once you sleep at night. This means that your body will start breaking down muscles for the purpose of producing energy during this state. Because of this, you need to consume a healthy breakfast every morning to ensure that everything that has been broken down are replaced. It is also advisable for you to prepare a protein rich breakfast as this is considered to be one of the most effective solutions on how to lose fat.
