Water is not only crucial for our survival, but it can also play a critical role in aiding with weight loss. It is also very important to drink plenty of water while you exercise to replenish the fluids you lose from sweating. Some people do not prefer the taste of water, especially from the tap, but there are ways around this. You can simply add a squeeze of lemon to your water, or you can eat fruits that contain high amounts of water. Among the many benefits it has, water can also help with high blood pressure, kidney problems, water retention, lower cholesterol, migraines, and skin troubles. Water temperature can also be an important factor, some say that colder water can burn calories, and is digested faster than warm water. It also has a huge impact on muscle tone. It is important that you drink plenty of water while strength training, your muscles simply will not grow or function properly without the right amount of hydration. If you feel that you are not getting enough water in your diet, the solution is to grab a glass and drink away. If you find it hard to get into the water routine, it is best to set a schedule for yourself. Get up and drink a glass of water first thing, this will ensure a healthy start to your day, then have a glass after breakfast, have another glass before lunch and with lunch. Already you have had half of your days water intake. Have a glass mid afternoon, with dinner, after dinner and one right before bed. This will get your body in a routine in no time.
