People are often very surprised when they hear about what some nutrition specialists and certified trainers consider being the best fat burning foods that they recommend for a healthy weight loss.

There is no lack of information and advices available on typical "healthy foods" and "balanced diets" and on fruits and vegetables; it is not the purpose of this article to repeat those well-known advices. Today, I'm going to talk about amazing foods with remarkable fat burning properties that are unknown to most people.

1) Egg Yolks - Yes, you have read correctly... egg yolks with all the fat and cholesterol they contain. Most of us have been told that egg yolks were bad, mainly because of their content in cholesterol. In fact, egg yolks increase the good cholesterol and actually help balance the good/bad cholesterol ratio. There is therefore no need to be afraid of eggs and their content. Moreover, in choosing eggs produced by free range hens, you ensure than their content in omega-3 fatty acid is higher and better balanced.

Egg yolks also have high concentrations of vitamins, minerals and trace nutrients. A comprehensive list of all good and essential nutrients found in egg yolks would be too long to reproduce in this article. One thing to remember is that you should not keep away from egg yolks in favor of egg whites. Even the proteins found in egg whites gain in bioavailability and are better absorbed when they are ingested with the yolks.

In conclusion, do not discard those tasty and healthy eggs and start losing belly fat faster.

2) Avocado - Like egg yolk, avocado is another so-called fatty food" found at the top of the list of "fat burning foods". And what is more delicious than avocado's rich and creamy texture and taste? Avocado is also high in good fats, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients. The "good fat" found in avocado actually helps control your appetite and fat regulating hormones in your system.

Try avocado by itself, as guacamole or in salads and start losing body fat faster! Avocado is definitely one of the best super foods!

3) Pasture or grass-fed beef - Most of the beef found in your usual grocery store comes from cattle fattened with a diet based on a mix of grain, soy and corn; those are usually less healthy, have poorer nutrition and their omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acid ratio is out of balanced when compared to pasture-fed beef, which is a far better choice.

Pasture-fed beef contains a much higher ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, which is considered beneficial for your health. In addition, pasture-fed beef is richer in terms of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients such as conjugated linoleic acid, which has a healthy role in muscle strengthening and weight loss.

So, don't be afraid of eating beef as far as you choose pasture-fed beef over grain-fed beef. And start burning that body fat faster.

In conclusion, don't be afraid to include and enjoy those three remarkable fat burning foods and start losing more of that body fat faster.
